Returns: Should you have any problems with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of order. All returned merchandise must be in it's original unwashed, unworn, unused condition. Standard product line returns are accepted postmarked within 10 days from date of delivery, as according to the delivery confirmation, to receive a full refund. We will gladly issue a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges as long as our guidelines are met. Some of our products carry a limited warranty through the manufacturer. All returns require prior authorization by sending an email to admin@ournaturalbaby.com with the word "return" in the subject line. Please include your name, contact information and reason for return in your email. We will be happy to accommodate you. Special order and customized gift baskets are final sale, and therefor not returnable.
Discounts and Price Matching: Our Natural Baby is PROUD to be a participant of Goddess of the Garden. If you desire an item at a discounted price, please purchase a goddess discount card or join the ONB Yahoo group. The Yahoo group receives information and special purchase information on a regular basis. ONB strives to keep our prices competitive. ONB is not able to discount or price adjust the prices posted on our website, other than with our Goddess of the Garden member codes and customer appreciation voucher codes.
Guarantee: Our Natural Baby Nursing Necklaces are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Should your necklace break during that time, collect the beads, and return them for re-stringing, free of charge. Please keep the bag that your necklace comes in as proof of purchase. Your return first class mail postage will be refunded to you with all ONB Nursing Necklace. This is how sure we are of the workmanship and quality of our necklaces.
Shipping: ONB ships through USPS First Class and Priority Mail Services. Shipping costs are based on flat rates according to pre-tax order total. Should you require expedited order processing and shipping, fees will be charged accordingly. Most orders usually ship within 24-48 hours. We try to keep all items in our inventory to avoid any delays in getting your order to you. International rates may vary. Please email us at admin@ournaturalbaby.com with the words "international shipping" along with your location for a shipping quote. Please note that for your protection and ours, delivery confirmation is included with the cost of every package shipped.
